Sandra Acosta is the founder and principal of AIM Development Group, Corp., a planning and real estate development consulting firm founded in 2003 that specializes in analyzing, conceptualizing, structuring, and implementing housing and economic development policies, programs, investments, and projects. AIM is a NYS and NYC Certified Minority and Woman-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE).

AIM’s studies, strategic planning, program development and real estate development services support clients seeking to create, modify or expand housing and economic development initiatives that are stakeholder driven, feasible, sustainable and reflect each community’s unique assets. Our clients include faith-based groups, CDC’s, foundations, and government municipalities across the nation.

Through AIM, Sandra integrates her commitment to low and moderate-income communities with decades of expertise working in the public, private and philanthropic sectors. In addition to developing her own real estate development projects, she has managed public/private partnerships which produced over 1,800 affordable rental and homeownership housing units per year and implemented a new mixed-use program.

Heather Caudill has over 28 years of experience taking projects from inception and planning to implementation and evaluation. Ms. Caudill is an experienced data analysis professional who is committed to helping clients better understand the landscape in which they operate. She specializes in thoughtfully using data analysis and reporting to drive community-decision through strategic planning and community engagement. She brings to AIM a diverse set of experience that enables us to be creative and innovative planners and development consultants. Ms. Caudill currently serves as the data lead for housing and market studies. She analyzes existing conditions and works with the team to develop tools and project concepts that support client priorities and needs. In addition, she leads strategic planning and visioning processes.

Prior to joining AIM, Ms. Caudill was a leader in the education reform movement. She has served has a Data Coach and leadership consultant for education reform organizations and funders including New York City Charter School Center, Zeist Foundation, and New Schools for New Orleans. She co-founded La Cima Charter School, a community-based charter school in Brooklyn, New York, served as a founding team member of KIPP WAYS Academy and Teach for America Corp member in Atlanta, Georgia. Heather spent the early part of her professional career as an environment consultant, leading site investigations and clean-up activities for various private and public sector clients. Ms. Caudill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computing-Business from Furman University, a Master’s of Science Degree in Geology from Georgia State University, and is AICP-certified planner.

The Rev. Dr. Patrick L. Daymond serves as Senior Pastor of Covenant United Church of Christ in South Holland, IL (CUCC).  His passion is rooted in engaging and empowering all of humanity, locally and globally, through preaching and teaching the life changing Word of God and living out the convincing gospel of Jesus Christ. A native of Winter Haven, FL, Dr. Daymond graduated from Davidson College with a BA in Political Science.  He holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div) degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, from which he garnered honors and distinctions. He also earned his Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) degree from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, where his primary research focused on Congregational Leadership. Ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA), Dr. Daymond also holds ministerial standing in the United Church of Christ. A sought after preacher, teacher, revivalist, conference and workshop facilitator, he has been awarded numerous citations for his community and civic activism and involvement. Dr. Daymond is the husband of Antonia Michelle Daymond, Ph.D and they are proud parents of twin sons, Bryce Ellington and Benjamin Miles.

Jamar Doyle is the President and CEO of the Council for Health and Human Service Ministries (CHHSM), which is an associated ministry of the United Church of Christ. CHHSM is a national association with more than 70 corporate members who operate over 400 communities in affiliated health care centers, hospitals, affordable housing and retirement communities, transitional housing for those experiencing homelessness or domestic violence, and service centers for children, youth, families, and those with developmental disabilities. In 2022, the ministries of CHHSM together provided over $1 billion in charitable care to nearly 3 million people across the nation. Under Jamar’s leadership, CHHSM has established a new focus on church redevelopment, connecting houses of worship with CHHSM social service agencies to create partnerships that transform unused sacred spaces into vibrant community focused ministries. Jamar has also increased CHHSM’s focus on social justice, strengthening ties with the UCC’s justice and advocacy ministries and jointly co-sponsoring a synod resolution declaring racism a public health crisis.

Katie McKenna is a member of Archway Communities’ Real Estate development team where she works to advance development projects to support healthy and affordable communities throughout Colorado. Katie has expertise in housing policy, community-based leadership development, organizational sustainability, affordable multifamily development, affordable homeownership and community land trusts. Most recently, Katie worked in the Rocky Mountain Market at Enterprise Community Partners. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts, and from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business with an MBA.

Rev. Natalie Renee Perkins serves as Executive Minister for Digital Church at Middle Collegiate Church, helping to build and hold its online church and community. She received her Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in 2015 and was awarded the Karen Ziegler Feminist Preaching Prize. She became an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ denomination in 2020. Natalie also serves as a chaplain/spiritual life advisor for NYU Global Spiritual Life and was recently awarded Chaplain of the Year.

As a theologian, she was a co-founder of the Tanho Center where she lectured and worked with extracanonical texts. Her coauthored book—In Trembling Boldness: Wisdom for Today from Ancient Jesus People—was published by Broadleaf Books in June, 2023. Additionally, Natalie is a professional writer, musical theatre performer, and composer. Her album, Songs of Your Truth. is available on any major music streaming and/or purchasing platform.

Michael J. Readinger retired from The Council for Health and Human Service Ministries, United Church of Christ in April 2022. He was called to the role of President & CEO in November of 2014. He previously served as CHHSM’s vice president from February 2005 to November 2014, after working at Morgan Stanley in Cleveland, where he was an associate vice president/financial advisor for 12 years. Prior to his work in financial services, Mike was involved in several entrepreneurial endeavors in the restaurant and club industry, specializing in management accounting systems.

Mike holds a BA in psychology from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in finance from Cleveland State University. Mike is recognized as a CHHSM Diakonal Minister, having graduated from the Faith Based Leadership Institute in 2006. He is also a 1995 graduate of United Way’s Leadership Development Program Cleveland.

Mike currently serves on the United Church of Christ Board of Directors, the Church Building and Loan Fund, UCC Board of Directors, the Uplands Village Board of Directors, Retirement Housing Foundation’s Charitable Foundation Board of Directors, and The Morgan Conservatory Finance Committee. Mike previously served the National Benevolent Association Board of Trustees, and the Western Reserve Association (Living Waters Association) investment advisory committee. Other previous service includes Moderator of Amistad Chapel United Church of Christ, board member and chair of United Church Funds, board chair of the Cleveland Synergy Foundation, and board chair of the AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland. Mike is a member of Lakewood Congregational Church and splits his time between Cleveland, Ohio and Palm Springs, California with his husband Bob Vinkler.
